Quotations
Quotes depend on the itinerary, vehicle type, date, operating time, mileage, parking, tolls, access costs, waiting time and availability. Material changes to the route or timings may require a revised quotation.
Passenger responsibility
The booking party should provide accurate passenger numbers, luggage information and pickup instructions, and should ensure passengers are ready at the agreed times. Vehicle access remains subject to local road rules, venue controls and safe/legal stopping points.
Changes and cancellations
Any cancellation, amendment or refund terms applicable to a confirmed booking will be stated in the booking documentation.
